Entrepreneur Breaks Into Retail After 8 Long Years!
Detroit based manufacturing and marketing company Ambitious Ideas, Inc. has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with MediaCorp Worldwide of Overland, Kansas to distribute their premier product FINDIT – The Remote Control and Key Finder to retail stores all over the United States. This business alliance was developed by Craig Nabat, president of Ambitious Ideas, after eight years of struggling to bring his product from conception to reality.
FINDIT will be tested market by mid-February in retail chains such as Bed Bath & Beyond, Walgreens, and Seen on Screen stores. Currently, the Michigan based Seen on Screen stores are carrying several of Ambitious Ideas products.
FINDIT has successfully sold though mail order catalogs, shopping networks, and the Internet. The FINDIT 1-minute short form infomercial is also currently airing on television nationwide. Ambitious Idea’s company web site was nominated as one the top three infomercial web sites by the Electronic Retailers Association in 2000. Over 225 other infomercial products are available for purchase on their site as well. Because of the creative marketing campaign designed by Nabat, Ambitious Ideas has recently partnered with their overseas manufacturing company, whose offices are located in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and now Irvine, California. Nabat’s manufacturing partner has a workforce of over 350 full-time employees with the ability to produce a wide variety of plastic and electronic products. This partnership was created to introduce the FINDIT line of 24 products to the US market. Nabat, who is also the company spokesperson, uses his image on all product packaging and TV advertisements to help aid in branding the FINDIT name into the minds of consumers. Distribution of FINDIT is only the beginning of many household products innovated by Ambitious Ideas to make everyday life a little easier.
Nabat is also extending the FINDIT brand name to include a line of clothing that will begin with the introduction of blue jeans. Nabat is seeking to partner with an apparel manufacturer and distributor to launch his concept of imprinting the FINDIT logo on the inseam of the fly of men’s blue jeans. Overwhelming response has already been received from prototype testing.
